Grades 7-12 / No Registration Required 

Unwind and reconnect with yourself at Nesmith Library's Teen Sunset Yoga session on Tuesday, July 16, at 6:30 PM. Enjoy the calming atmosphere as we flow through gentle yoga poses bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun. This program is at the beginner level. 

What to bring:

• A yoga mat (or a beach towel if you don't have one)
• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothing you can move in
