What is Women's Fiction? According to Atmosphere Press, "The hallmark of women’s fiction lies in its exploration of women’s emotional journeys and relationships." If this sounds right up your alley, but you're not sure what books fit the bill, we have just the program for you! Beginning on Thursday, January 15, at 6:30 PM, bestselling author, Kristan Higgins will join us quarterly on the third Thursday of the month for 30 minutes of Women's Fiction book recommendations. From Kristan's enthusiastic reviews, we are sure you will find lots great books to add to your To-Be-Read list! This program is presented with Ashland Public Library in MA, and they will send out a list of all recommendations to those who register.

Kristan Higgins is the New York Times bestselling author of more than twenty novels, which have been translated into nineteen languages and have sold millions of copies worldwide. Her books have received dozens of awards and accolades, including starred reviews from Entertainment Weekly, People, and many professional book review publications. The mother of two fantastic adults and a smitten grandmother, Kristan enjoys gardening, mixology, the National Parks and being overly helpful to strangers. She lives in Connecticut with her heroic firefighter husband and a variety of rescued pets.
